Apart from the delay, am very happy with my purchase - I actually ordered another helmet about 10 days before this one and the items arrived just 2 days apart. I know that Christmas break must make a huge difference, but the wait was rather frustrating…especially as no one answered my emails.
Products are good, service is bad.
Bought to go with F1 McLaren Lego car bought as Christmas gift. I'm sure it will go down a treat as it will add that authenticity and detail that the driver currently lacks. Perfect addition to a Lego set.
The Lando Norris style helmet was bought as a gift to compliment the Lego Mclaren Speed racers car. It was as advertised, well made, 100% compatible with the Minifgure it was intended for and finished off the look of the set very well! Paracord were very fast and efficient in shipping my order with excellent communication via email during the whole process.
Highly recommended - many thanks Paracord! 😊
I tried all socials, emails, number, Royal Mail, Shop and no reply.
Very disappointed as I have 2 from years ago and they are still going strong.
Very disappointed.
