If your order was paid through a credit card, The name appearing on your statement will be “Paracord Buddy UK”.

All are of our items are hand made to order right here in the UK, it takes up to 5 Days to make them. Please allow up-to 1 week from placing your for the shipping confirmation to be sent.

All overseas orders have a fully completed CN22 label applied to the back of the order. This is to comply with customs regulations, unfortunately sometimes countries will apply an import charge once the package lands in your country. Paracord Buddy UK aren’t liable for any charges that may be applied to your order once they have left our warehouse in the UK. If your order is returned to us as charges were not paid then we will only refund the cost of your items only and no refund will be issued for shipping charges incurred.
