Quality is good. Super cute. Helmet fots my Lego mini figurine perfectly. Delivery was rather slow and no updates... i almost thought i got scammed. Arrived a month later.
I tried contacting the shop multiple times through email and through instagram, but I never heard back from anyone. The order took way too long to get sent. I was trying to cancel my order but I couldn't because the shop would not contact me. The keychains, while they're cute and fun, they're quite small considering the price of them, and their helmets are not stable on them, the visors of the helmets keep falling off as well. Not a very fun experience overall.
I love the product! Shipping took 2 months, and I was a bit worried when I didn't get a response to my email, but I'm really happy with it now that it's here.
I like it however it would be better if the helmet visor was attached firmly on the helmet. It came off immediately after I attached it to my key ring. I lost it straight away.Otherwise very cute.
Really cute key ring, the helmet has so much detail & is just like Kimi’s. I have quite a few of these now & Kimi will go perfectly with my Hamilton & Norris ones. Only complaint is the length of time it took to arrive but it was worth the wait.
These buddies are absolutely adorable. People complain about the shipping but coming all the way from the UK and didn’t even take a month and I live in Ontario Canada. The only thing is is I wish they were a little bigger.
None of the paracord buddy items were included in the package - they were all missing. I sent an email about this, but never received a response back - really unhappy with the service here.
