I am now £50 down with a disappointed child and no comment from the company
Disgraceful customer service
I ordered a bundle with a Kimi helmet and they sent me a Verstappen instead. I have emailed and reached out several times to try and get this fixed but no one will reply to my emails.
Ordered this for my daughter who is infatuated with Kimi. It is a very detailed replica and now sits on the driver of her Lego Mercedes Petronas F1 model beside her bed. Thank you so much for the quality of work and the constant communication.
