4 week delay getting this item, and no replies from the company to tell me otherwise. All the reviews on Trustpilot show that this company is terrible in regards to their customer service. They donāt bother replying to emails or any comments left on their social media post. But they have no problem posting on their social media platforms but canāt be bothered to reply to anyone. A lot of people are either waiting for their item to still arrive. Iāve luckily had to wait 4 weeks and nearly got to the point of contacting the bank to get my money back. The item itself, is good, but expect the visor to come off and eventually go missing. If you want to waste money and wonder whether youāll get the item delivered in a timely manner, then choose this company, otherwise, avoid!
